13.9.2018 | The Finnish Government has appointed M.Sc. (agriculture and forestry) Antti-Jussi Oikarinen as Director-General of the Finnish Food Authority that will start in the beginning of 2019. The five-year term will begin on 8 October 2018. The Director-General will first work on the preparations for the new Authority at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. 13.9.2018 | Hallitus on nimittänyt vuoden 2019 alussa toimintansa aloittavan Ruokaviraston pääjohtajan virkaan maatalous- ja metsätieteiden maisteri Antti-Jussi Oikarisen. Maaseutuviraston ylijohtajana tähän asti työskennelleen Oikarisen viisivuotinen toimikausi pääjohtajana alkaa 8.10.2018 siten, että pääjohtaja aloittaa viraston valmisteluun liittyvän työskentelyn ensin maa- ja metsätalousministeriössä ja siirtyy sitten vuoden 2019 alusta johtamaan Ruokavirastoa.https://mmm.fi/-/ruokaviraston-paajohtajaksi-antti-jussi-oikarinen

13.9.2018 | Regeringen har utnämnt agr.o.forstmag. Antti-Jussi Oikarinen till ny generaldirektör för Livsmedelsverket som inleder verksamheten vid ingången av år 2019. Oikarinen har hittills arbetat som överdirektör vid Landsbygdsverket. Hans mandatperiod som är fem år börjar den 10 oktober 2018. Generaldirektören ska först arbeta på jord- och skogsbruksministeriet och bereda inrättandet av verket och övergå till Livsmedelsverket vid ingången av år 2019.
