The residential and commercial property management

The residential and commercial property forms a signific part of the value of the private ownership. The National Land Survey has a duty to register the ownerships, pledges and restrictions that are applying to the shares of the housing companies. This information, combined with the information from the housing companies, form the information system called Residential and Commercial Property Information System. This is a major factor concerning the Finnish collateral system.
